All Belle Vu Frenchies puppies are sold with a written contract designed to protect the health, safety, and well-being of both the puppy and buyer. Key terms include:
🐶 Health Guarantee
Every puppy comes with a written health guarantee. If a covered health condition arises, a full refund of the purchase price (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be provided with written verification from a licensed veterinarian.
🔁 Return Policy
You may return your puppy within 7 days for any reason and receive a full refund minus the deposit.
If a return is due to a health issue covered under the guarantee, we will honor the refund terms above.
Refunds after 7 days for non-health reasons are not offered.
✂️ Spay/Neuter Requirement
Puppies sold without breeding rights must be spayed or neutered by the date outlined in your contract.
✨ Note: Spaying females not intended for breeding reduces the risk of pyometra, a potentially life-threatening condition common in unspayed females.
📘 Breeding Rights
Breeding rights are only granted to approved buyers and must be explicitly outlined in the contract. Puppies sold without breeding rights may not be bred under any circumstances.
🚫 No Resale or Rehoming Without Consent
Puppies may not be resold, rehomed, or transferred without written permission from Belle Vu Frenchies. If you can no longer care for your puppy, they must be returned to us directly.
✈️ Pickup & Transportation
Local buyers may arrange to meet in a public location. Out-of-state buyers must cover the cost of flight nanny or ground transport coordinated by us. Puppies cannot be shipped without prior approval.

Resale is strictly prohibited. All returns must be made directly to Belle Vu Frenchies to ensure the puppy is safely and responsibly rehomed.
